You may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Follow the steps below.
1. Check if your order is eligible for cancellation
An order is usually eligible for cancellation if:
- Its status is Accepted in your Virtual Office / order history.
- You contact us before the order has been processed (status: Shipped).

2. Prepare your order information
Before contacting Customer Service, please have these details ready:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- Your order number
- Whether you want to cancel the entire order or only specific items
Having this information ready helps us process your request faster.
3. Contact Customer Service to request cancellation
To cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Contact Information – LifePharm team.
When you contact us, please clearly state:
“I would like to cancel order #XXXXXX”
and confirm whether the cancellation is full or partial.
Our team will check the status of your order and let you know if cancellation is still possible.
4. If your order has already shipped
If your order has already shipped (status: Shipped), we cannot cancel it. However, you still have options:
- Allow the package to be delivered.

5. Auto-Delivery orders
If you want to cancel or change an upcoming Auto-Delivery:
- If it has not yet processed, you may be able to:
- Edit or cancel it directly in your Virtual Office (see How to Edit or Cancel Auto-Delivery – LifePharm), or
- Contact Customer Service Contact Information – LifePharm using the steps above.

6. Refunds and payments
If your order is successfully cancelled:
- Payment method: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- Timing: Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer. It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

- Promo codes used on the order may not be reusable, depending on the promotion’s terms.
- Rewards points used are non-refundable according to our rewards policy.
