LifePharm is committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee through our IBOs (Independent Business Owners) to all Preferred and Retail Customers who buy LifePharm Products through an authorized channel.
1. Return Eligibility & Window
- This return process applies to purchases made directly through LifePharm’s official website or through an IBO (Independent Business Owner) channel (unless prohibited by law).
- You have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase/delivery (depending on region) to return the unused portion of the product under our 100% Confidence Guarantee.
- The guarantee is limited to one open container per order/customer.
- If you bought via an IBO for a retail customer, the IBO must return the item to LifePharm within 10 calendar days of receiving it back from the customer.
2. What You Should Return
- You may return the unused portion of the product.
- For packages of over 10 bottles, returns must include any unopened and unused promotional materials, like brochures or business cards.
- The item must be in suitable condition for return (see Packaging & Shipping section below).
- Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer/IBO (LifePharm does not accept collect shipments).
3. Return Authorization (RMA) & Procedure
- Obtain an RMA Number
- Contact LifePharm Customer Service Contact Information – LifePharm (or your IBO if you purchased via an IBO) to get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The RMA is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
- Write the RMA clearly on each package being returned.
- Prepare packaging:
- Use a proper shipping carton and packing materials to protect the product.
- Choose a trackable shipping service. LifePharm does not accept collect shipments; shipping cost and risk of loss remain with you.
- Ship the package to LifePharm’s distribution center (address provided during RMA issuance).
- If LifePharm does not receive the package, it is your responsibility to trace the shipment. No refund or replacement will be issued unless the return meets all conditions.
4. Refund Process & Timing
- Once your return is received and accepted, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or as specified).
- Expected refund timeframe: typically, 5-7 business days after the returned product is received.
- Note: Shipping and handling fees are not refunded under the guarantee.
- Promo codes, rewards points, or other incentives applied to the original purchase may be subject to specific terms (see Your IBO or LifePharm Customer Service Contact Information – LifePharm for details).
5. Special Cases & Notes
- IBOs returning merchandise: If you are an IBO and are returning products that were returned to you by a retail customer, you must comply with the 10-day deadline and include the signed Retail Customer Order Form.
- Orders over 10 bottles: Must meet the above requirement and include any unused promotional materials.
- Refused deliveries: If you refuse shipping delivery of the order, you may still be subject to a restocking fee (10%) and shipping cost deduction per policy.
- International/regional differences: In some countries or regions, local laws may override parts of this policy — always check with your local IBO or regional Customer Service Contact Information – LifePharm contact.
6. What to Expect After Your Return
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned product and an estimated timeline for refund.
- Once refunded, allow your bank or card issuer additional time for posting the credit (may vary by institution).
- If you used a Points/Reward system, check your Virtual Office or contact your IBO for how those points will be restored.
