Checking Your Order Status
Once your order has been shipped, you can easily track its progress using the following methods:
1. Track via Email
- Shipping Confirmation Email: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will include a link to track your order.
- Click the Tracking Link: Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email to view the latest status and location of your shipment.
2. Track via the Virtual Office
- Log In to Your Virtual Office: Access your Virtual Office by logging in with your credentials.
- Navigate to Order History: Go to the "Order History" section within your Virtual Office.
- Find Your Tracking Number: Locate the tracking number on the invoice for your specific order. This will provide you with up-to-date information about your shipment’s status.
