LifePharm offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, known as the “100% Confidence Guarantee,” for all customers who purchase a LifePharm product through an authorized channel, either directly from an Independent Business Owner (IBO) or from LifePharm’s official website. This guarantee covers both sealed and opened orders and is limited to one open container per customer. The guarantee applies only to sales made through IBOs and purchases made directly from LifePharm’s official website, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
For IBOs
Every IBO is bound to honor the 100% Confidence Guarantee. If, for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with any LifePharm Product, the customer may return the unused portion of the product to the IBO from whom it was purchased within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling). The 100% Confidence Guarantee applies to any customer purchase and is limited to one open container. Unless prohibited by law, the 100% Confidence Guarantee applies only to sales made to customers by IBOs and to purchases made by customers directly from LifePharm’s official website.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship your order back. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
