Q: What are LifePharm Rewards and how do I earn them?
A: LifePharm Rewards are earned by purchasing LifePharm products and engaging with the LifePharm community. As a LifePharm member, you will automatically begin to earn points with each purchase you make through your Virtual Office. (Virtual Items, such as the Business Success Starter Kit and the IBO Annual Renewal Fee are excluded from earning points or points redemption). Earned points are converted to your available points balance, and they can be redeemed for LifePharm products and merchandise.
Q: Do I need to register or enroll in LifePharm Rewards to begin earning Rewards Points?
A: All active LifePharm IBOs, Retail and Preferred Customers are automatically set up with their own LifePharm Rewards account in their Virtual Office. There is no purchase, payment or credit card required to participate in the LifePharm Rewards Program. You can view your LifePharm Rewards information, including available points, and Terms and Conditions in your Virtual Office from the My Reward Points menu.
Q: How will I know when I earn Rewards Points?
A: Your Rewards Points balance will update after your order is processed. Some activities that earn you points may take additional time to be reflected in your available balance.
Q: How soon can I redeem my Rewards Points?
A: Once you have earned enough Rewards Points to reach a rewards level, you can redeem your points in a new order. The Rewards Points levels are 250 Points, 500 Points, 750 Points and 1,000 Points.
Q: What are the maximum Rewards Points I can redeem at one time?
A: The maximum redemption is 10,000 Rewards Points per order.
Q: Is there a limit to how many Rewards Points I can accumulate?
A: There is no restriction on how many Rewards Points a member can accumulate.
Q: What can I redeem my LifePharm Rewards Points for?
A: Rewards Points can only be applied to product and merchandise purchases while logged into your Virtual Office, and are excluded from additional fees in the form of taxes, shipping, donations, renewal fees, virtual items, enrollment, etc. Once your Reward Points are applied to your order, please note the CV of the order will also be reduced proportionately based on the discount percentage amount that is being redeemed for that order.
Example: You purchased a product that costs $33 with a CV of 26. Then you redeem 250 Reward Points, a $10 redemption value that will be used toward the payment for your product order. The subtotal is reduced by 30%, which means the CV will also be reduced by 30%, so the final CV on this order would be 18 CV.
Q: Can I combine my Rewards Points and other payment methods toward purchases?
A: When you are redeeming your points, you can pay for the remaining balance of your order with any available payment method on your Virtual Office.
Q: Can I redeem my Rewards Points on my Auto-Delivery Subscription?
A: You do earn points for your Auto-Delivery purchases; however, redemption of points is only available on non-subscription purchases.
Q: Can I redeem my Rewards Points on a new member Enrollment order?
A: Rewards Points cannot be used towards new member Enrollment orders.
Q: Can I redeem Rewards Points in conjunction with special offers, sales, and other discounts?
A: Rewards Points can be redeemed for product and merchandise purchases, regardless of their price (excluding Auto-Delivery orders). One of the benefits of participating in LifePharm Rewards is that you can earn points which can be applied to new orders using promo codes, promotional sale items and discounts, as well as regular-priced orders.
Q: As an IBO, can my LifePharm eWallet money be transferred into Rewards Points?
A: LifePharm Rewards Points are non-transferrable and can only be earned by participating in qualifying activities.
Q: What countries participate in the LifePharm Rewards Program?
A: Currently, the LifePharm Rewards Program is available for members in Australia, Canada, European Union, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Russia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
Q: Will I receive other offers for using my Rewards Points?
A: In addition to earning points for product and merchandise purchases, we will periodically send you other ways to earn points, so keep watching your LifePharm emails and social media for more information.
Q: How will I know if Rewards Points have been deducted from my account?
A: Your Rewards Points balance is updated shortly after your points redemption order payment is accepted. Some activities that earn you points may take up to 48 hours to be added to your available balance.
Q: Do my Rewards Points expire?
A: Rewards Points expire 6 months after becoming available. For example, points earned in January 2021 expire in July 2021.
Q: As an active IBO, do I earn Group Volume (GV) on orders where rewards are redeemed? What about Personal Volume (PV)?
A: Active IBOs can earn BOTH GV and PV on orders where rewards are redeemed. Orders placed by an IBO’s downline (Generation Tree) will contribute to the upline IBO’s GV. Orders placed by an IBO on their own Virtual Office will contribute to their PV.
Q: What happens to Reward Points that were earned if I return products from my order?
A: Earned points associated with the return order will be deducted from your points balance once the return order is processed.
Q: Will my Rewards Points be refunded on a returned purchase that was made with redeemed points?
A: Reward points will be refunded along with any payment applied to the points redemption order.
Q: Does LifePharm allow backdating of rewards that I have earned?
A: Rewards Points are earned based upon the time and date the qualifying actions are taken (or sometimes manually), per the Terms and Conditions of the LifePharm Rewards Program. Even in cases where an order was backdated, the points earned on that order will coincide with the day/time the order was placed.
