Why do I feel tingling when using the electric pulse function?
The tingling is from the CellWave BioActivation. If the intensity of the tingling is too high, please reduce the intensity by pressing the “-“ button.
Why does the device feel too hot during use?
The heating function may take time to adapt. Reduce duration, lower the temperature, or stop use if discomfort continues.
How long does it take to charge and how long does it last?
Charging takes about 3 hours. One full charge lasts approx. 3 uses (15 min twice a day).
Why is there no noticeable increase in stimulation when intensityis increased?
Ensure both feet are damp and are in full contact with both electrodes.
