What kind of fish does OMEGA+++ use?
OMEGA+++ sources its fish oil from Engraulis Ringens, a member of the anchovy family. They are harvested in clean waters from the Humboldt Current off the coast of South America near Peru. Phytoplankton that the small fish consume in this region is rich in DHA and EPA, giving the fish the highest naturally occurring ratios of DHA and EPA of any other fish species. I heard that omega-6 fatty acids are bad for you if you consume too much, is this true?
