To transfer funds from your eWallet to another IBO, follow these steps:
1. Log In to Your Virtual Office
- Access your Virtual Office by logging in with your credentials.
2. Hover Over eWallet
- Move your cursor over “eWallet” in the menu bar.
3. Navigate to Transfer
- Please click "Transfer."
4. Enter IBO ID Number
- Make sure you have the ID number of the IBO you wish to transfer funds to and enter it in the designated field.
5. Enter Transfer Amount
- Input the amount you wish to transfer in the field next to “Transfer amount.”
6. Confirm Your eWallet Password
- Input your eWallet password in the field provided below.
Note: Your eWallet password is the same password as your Virtual Office login unless you have changed it.
7. Complete the Transfer
- Click "Transfer" to confirm your request.
Processing Time:
- The funds should be immediately available in the recipient IBO's account.

Please note that eWallet transfers between accounts will only be allowed if we have a valid W-9 (for U.S. IBOs) or W8-BEN (for non-U.S. IBOs) tax form on file. Without these forms, the law allows U.S. tax authorities to impose significant fines and penalties on LifePharm.
