To withdraw funds from your eWallet, follow these steps:
1. Log In to Your Virtual Office
- Access your Virtual Office by logging in with your credentials.
2. Hover Over eWallet
- Move your cursor over “eWallet” in the menu bar.
3. Navigate to Withdraw
- Please click "Withdraw."
4. Enter Withdrawal Amount
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the designated field.
5. Confirm Your eWallet Password
- Input your eWallet password in the field provided below the withdrawal amount.
Note: Your eWallet password is the same password as your Virtual Office login unless you have changed it.
6. Complete the Withdrawal
- Click "Withdraw" to process your request.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your withdrawal to be processed.

eWallet withdrawals will only be allowed if we have a valid W-9 (for U.S. IBOs) or W8-BEN (for non-U.S. IBOs) tax form on file. Without these forms, the law allows U.S. tax authorities to impose significant fines and penalties on LifePharm. Such penalties would limit our ability to invest in the innovative solutions and services that you, our IBOs, rely on to grow your business. Preemptively incorporating these measures now allows Lifepharm to continue its growth trajectory and create a stable foundation for the foreseeable future.
