*Airfare reimbursement of up to €700 (one traveler) or €1,400 (two travelers) will be issued upon receipt of valid airfare documentation submitted within 30 days of trip completion.

Qualification Rule
Participating IBOs must maintain 100 CV in Personal Volume each month to qualify. If the minimum monthly CV requirement is not met, no incentive points will be earned for that month.

General Info
Q: Is there a qualification I need to meet to earn points?
A: Points are earned simply by completing the actions outlined in the incentive; no extra qualification is required.
Q: Where can I see how many points I have accumulated?
A: You can see how many points you have in the Incentive Trip Tracker located in the Virtual Office. Just log-in and locate the Incentive Trip Tracker banner in your dashboard.
Q: When will the points be updated in the tracker?
A: Here’s the timeline of when the points will be updated in the tracker:
- Enrollment Points: Updated in real-time
- Rank Advancement Points: Updated on the 20th of the following month
Q: What is the airfare reimbursement amount, and how do I claim it?
A: You may receive up to €700 for one traveler or €1400 for two travelers. Reimbursement is provided after you submit valid airfare documentation within 30 days of completing the trip.
Enrollments
Q: What is the minimum order value for my new IBO or customer orders to be eligible to earn points?
A: IBO orders must have a minimum subtotal of €250, and customer orders must have a minimum subtotal of €99,95 to qualify for points.
Q: If I enroll a new IBO with an order that’s less than a €250 subtotal, can they place an order of €250 or more later on so I can earn my IBO enrollment points?
A: Yes. You will earn your enrollment points after that IBO places their first qualifying order with a €250 subtotal or more. The entire order must meet the €250 subtotal threshold—multiple smaller orders (for example, €150 + €150) do not qualify. Enrollment points can only be earned once per personally enrolled IBO, and the qualifying order must be placed during the incentive period.
Example: If an IBO enrolls in March with a €150 subtotal, you will earn 0 points. If they later place a €300 order in May, you will earn 2 points based on May’s order.
Q: How do customer orders count toward earning points?
A: You earn points when you connect a new customer to LifePharm during the incentive period and they place their first order—either a retail order or a subscription order—with a qualifying subtotal of €99,95 or more.
Q: What if my customer’s first order is less than €99,95?
A: If your customer’s first order is below €€99,95, points are not earned for that order.
Q: Do I earn additional points if my new IBO or customer sets up Auto-Delivery?
A: Additional points are not awarded for Auto-Delivery orders.
Q: What happens if my new IBO or Customer cancels, returns or replaces their first three orders?
A: Any products returned during this incentive period are subject to the rules of the standard LifePharm return policy. Here’s what happens to your points if your downline cancels, returns or replaces their orders:

Cancelled Orders
No points will be earned. -
Returned Products
No points will be earned from these returned products. -
Lost and Replaced Orders
If the order gets lost and is replaced, the original order will still count, and points will be earned based on the original date and order amount.
Q: Can I enroll the same individual multiple times using different accounts?
A: No, enrolling the same individual under different accounts to earn points is prohibited. Each individual can only be enrolled once.
Q: Are there penalties for fraudulent activities related to enrollments?
A: Yes. This includes any attempt to manipulate orders or create accounts that do not meet the requirement of having a unique shipping address, individual contact information, and a separate payment method. Such actions will lead to disqualification and may result in further action based on company policies.
Rank Advancement
Q: What does it take to earn Personal Rank Advancement points?
A: You must move up to a higher rank than the one you held the previous month.
Example: If you’re Bronze in February and advance to Silver in April , you will earn 20 points. Your points will be added to the tracker by May 20th.
Q: If I advance multiple ranks in one month, do I earn points for the ranks I skipped?
A: Yes. Points can be earned for each rank you skipped.
Example: If you were Bronze in March and skipped to Sapphire rank in April, you will earn 20 points for reaching Silver and 30 points for reaching Sapphire.
Q: If I achieved a rank for the first time in February 2026 and reached the same paid-as rank during the incentive period, will I earn rank advancement points?
A: You will not earn points in this case, because the rank was already achieved prior to the incentive period.
Q: Do my personally enrolled team members need to keep their new rank for me to get points?
A: You earn points as soon as they rank for the first time during the incentive period, and those points will appear in your account on the 20th of the following month.
Q: If my personally sponsored team member advances multiple ranks in one month, do I earn points for each rank they skip?
A: Yes. When a personally sponsored team member advances through multiple ranks within a single month, you will earn points for each skipped rank.
Example: My personally sponsored team member John jumps from Bronze to Sapphire in one month, then you will earn 10 points for John reaching Silver and 15 points for John reaching Sapphire.
Incentive Rules
- The 2026 Travel Incentive Program qualification period runs from 1 March 2026 to 31 July 2026.
- The program is available to LifePharm IBOs residing in the European Union, Serbia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom who are active and in good standing.
- IBOs found to be working/promoting products/services from another MLM company are not applicable to participate in this incentive program.
- Enrollments cannot be completed using eWallet as a payment method.
- All new enrollments must have a unique shipping address, individual contact information, and a separate payment method.
- Final calculations for the Travel Incentive Program will be available by mid-August 2026.
- IBOs must confirm their attendance and register for the Travel Incentive Program 1 month before the trip’s start date. Only two people per room are allowed.
- If the IBO qualifies for two trips and brings a guest, it is recommended that the guest be 18 years of age or older. It will be the responsibility of the IBO to provide childcare for any minor they bring as a guest. Additional guest fees, including those for children or infants, are the responsibility of the IBO.
- The Travel Incentive Program trip and airfare ticket(s) have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If the IBO qualifies and confirms registration for the trip but does not attend, a cancellation fee/no-show fee will be incurred if registration is canceled 1 week before the trip's start date.
- IBOs are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the designated departure point and for securing all required travel documents.
- LifePharm does not guarantee rewards, as all rewards must be earned through required activity and performance.
- LifePharm reserves the right to change or cancel the Travel Incentive Program at any time with or without notice. Participation in this program cannot be claimed legally.
