LifePharm Global Network (herein referred to as the ‘Company’) created the Cash Bonus & Rewards program (herein referred to as the CB&R program) for
accomplished LPGN Independent Business Owners (herein referred to as IBOs) who have achieved certain sales volume requirements.
The following Terms and Conditions will apply to the LifePharm Global Network Cash Bonus & Rewards program:
- The Cash Bonus will be paid by the end of the month following the two-consecutive-month qualification period.
• The first payment is paid upon achieving the Rank. The balance is paid in 3 equal installments on each month you maintain the volume requirements
for the rank. You have the next six (6) months after achieving the rank to maintain qualifications for the balance of payments. - 8% of monthly company worldwide commissionable volume (CV) is allocated for CB&R payout. For example:
• If the company generates 100,000,000 CV in a month, the total company allotment to be paid out for the CB&R program the following month to the
LPGN IBO field is $80,000. - If the payout to the LPGN IBO field on the payout dates exceeds the allocated amount, the company will pay the Cash Bonus to the LPGN IBOs in the
order of the achievement dates of the CB&R program. Those who are not paid out within their respective pay dates will be paid out on the next pay
date. If multiple IBOs have the same achievement dates, total matrix group volume will be used to determine which IBO gets paid first. - The CB&R program is based upon the total matrix group volume for 2 consecutive months. You must also achieve a 40%:60% balance (40% on
weak leg and 60% on strong leg) for 2 consecutive months, and maintain an active personal volume of 100 CV for 2 consecutive qualifying months.
For example:
• To achieve the status of Titanium Director, you will need to reach a total of 350,000 CV on your matrix group volume per month for 2 consecutive
months. On each individual month, you will also need a minimum of 140,000 CV (40% of 350,000 CV) on your weak matrix leg, AND 210,000 CV
(60% of 350,000 CV) on your strong matrix leg.
• You cannot use the same month to qualify for multiple Director statuses. For example, if I am counting my volume in the month of January to qualify
toward becoming a Silver Director, I cannot count the volume in January to qualify toward becoming a Gold Director. - The Cash Bonus of the CB&R program is a one-time only bonus.
- Any non-monetary Rewards must be claimed within 30 days upon qualifying for 2 consecutive months. Car bonuses and travel rewards must be
claimed within 90 calendar days, with travel completed within one calendar year of rank advancement notification. Rewards not claimed within the
above timeframe will be considered forfeited by the IBO. - All Cash Bonuses & Rewards are non-transferable.
- The requirements for Car Bonus and Travel reimbursement are as follows:
• To receive reimbursement for Car Bonus rewards, the following information must be submitted to Recognition@LifePharmGlobal.com:
i. Bill of sale or lease agreement within 90 days of rank advancement notification
ii. Photos of IBO with his/her new car within 30 days of car purchase
• To receive reimbursement for Travel rewards, the following information must be submitted to Recognition@LifePharmGlobal.com:
i. Copies of ticket(s) or boarding pass(es)
ii. Photos of IBO(s) on cruise/trip within 30 days of travel - For each rank advancement, all rewards are forfeited if no response is received within 30 days of email notification of rank advancement.
• For Travel rewards: If proof of travel arrangements has not been provided within 90 days of rank advancement notification, travel reward is
considered forfeited by IBO
• For Car Bonus rewards: If bill of sale or lease agreement is not provided within 90 days of rank advancement notification, reward is considered
forfeited by IBO.
All Rewards are subject to availability. The CB&R program is not considered a part of the LPGN Compensation Plan. LifePharm Global Network reserves
the right to modify the CB&R program without prior notification.
LifePharm Global Network reserves the right to withhold final approval of the CB&R program pending verification of compliance with the promotion
requirements, its Compensation Plan, and the Policies and Procedures (collectively the ‘Contract’). LifePharm Global Network reserves the right, at its
sole discretion, to (i) audit any IBO/distributorship and disqualify any IBO if LifePharm Global Network (LPGN) deems the IBO has violated the contract;
or (ii) suspend or discontinue the CB&R program if any IBO misconduct or any such actions impair the integrity of the CB&R program, or if otherwise
required by law.
All payout dates are subject to change without notice.
The value of the CB&R may be considered taxable income to the recipient, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The non-monetary
Rewards within the CB&R program are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Company reserves the right to interpret and/or alter the
rules and rewards within the CB&R program and all Company decisions shall be final. The Company reserves the right to change the CB&R rules in its sole
discretion. In the event that any recipient is a corporation, limited liability company or partnership, the CB&R shall be awarded to one person who is
designated to receive the CB&R by said entity.
All CB&R must be claimed by the IBO within 30 days of achievement. Car bonuses and travel rewards must be claimed within 90 calendar days, with
travel completed within one calendar year of rank advancement notification. Rewards not claimed within the above timeframe will be considered forfeited
by the IBO. Any CB&R group trip earned must be taken during the subsequent applicable CB&R group trip hosted by LPGN.
The CB&R program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/state/local laws and regulations. LifePharm Global Network reserves the
right to substitute the Bonuses or Rewards within the CB&R program with items of equal or greater value.
Participants release and hold harmless LifePharm Global Network, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all
liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the CB&R program or receipt or use of any Bonuses or Rewards.
Acceptance of the CB&R shall constitute and signify the recipient agreement and consent that his or her name, address, likeness and/or information in
relation to the CB&R program can be used for promotional purposes by LifePharm Global Network, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without further
payment or consideration to CB&R recipients.
