You can redeem your Reward Points when placing a new order. Watch the video below or follow these steps to use your points:
- Log In to Your LifePharm Account
Access your LifePharm account by logging in with your credentials and click on "Place Order."
- Select Your Item
Start by selecting the item you wish to purchase from “Products.” - Add to Cart
Click on "Add to Cart" to add the item to your order. - Proceed to Checkout
Click on "Proceed to Checkout” on the right-hand side to go to the Checkout/Shipping Address/Shipping Method Page. - Choose Your Shipping Address
Select the shipping address you want the product delivered to. - Select Your Shipping Method
Select your preferred shipping method and then click “Continue” below. - Redeem Your Rewards Points
In the Checkout/Payment page, under the “Select a Payment Method” section, navigate to “Redeem your points.” There you can see your available Rewards Points balance. - Select the Number of Rewards Points You Wish to Use
Next to “Points Redeeming”, navigate to the dropdown menu. Select one of the Rewards Points options (250, 500, 750, 1000) and then click Continue. You can also choose the quantity of points you wish to redeem. For example, if you wish to redeem more than 1000 Rewards Points, you could select 1000 and enter 2 in the quantity field to redeem 2000 instead ($200 off).
Note: You can redeem 250 points for $10 off, 500 points for $25 off, 750 points for $50 off, and 1,000 points for $100 off your order. Using Rewards Points to pay for an order will reduce the total CV amount, as it’s calculated on the adjusted price. You may need to place an additional order to meet your monthly PV requirements to earn commissions. Applicable tax/VAT will be charged on any portion of the order processed with reward points. - Apply Rewards Points Toward Your Order
Once you are done, please click “Apply” to use your Rewards Points on your order. In the “My Order” section, you will see the Rewards Points applied to your order.
- Place Your Order
Then, click “Continue” to proceed to the “Checkout/Review” page. If the Rewards Points do not cover the total order amount, please continue with your payment method. Once you are ready to proceed, please click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
