To change your contact information, including your name, phone number, email address, or mailing address, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Virtual Office
- Access your Virtual Office by logging in with your credentials.
2. Go to My Account
- Navigate to "My Account" in the menu bar.
3. Edit Your Information
- From here you can edit your email, username, password, addresses, and phone number.
Changing Your Name
Once a position is created, it is exclusively assigned to the original enrollee under the name provided during registration. If the IBO wishes to update the name on their account, they must complete an IBO Information Change Request Form and send it to our Customer Service Department via mail, email, or fax. This form is available in the Forms section of the Resource Library.
1. Review the IBO Information Change Request Form
- Please look over the IBO Information Change Request Form.
2. Complete the Form
- Fill out the IBO Information Change Request Form and follow the directions provided on the form.
3. Submit the Form
- Once you have completed the form, you can send it to our Customer Service Department via email, fax, or mail to LifePharm using the contact details provided on the form.
After your request is processed and approved, your name will be updated in our records. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.
